Your card is currently being shipped from our vault to your address. Current shipment update: We have 3 shipments in progress. 2/3 of shipments should arrive by mid-December, and the remaining 1/3 should be delivered by the end of December. You can track your package in your page using the tracking number.
Orders go through several stages: verification, vault retrieval, and packaging. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days. If your order has been processing for more than 5 business days, please contact support with your order ID. View your order status on the page.
Claim times depend on which vault your card is stored in. All vaults currently have 2 business days processing + 2-7 business days shipping. You can claim your cards from the page.
Submitted cards go through intake, verification, and digitization. Processing typically takes 2 business days across all vaults, with 2-7 business days for shipping. Check your submission status on the page for real-time updates.
We currently accept cards graded by PSA, BGS (Beckett), SGC, and CGC. Raw (ungraded) cards are not accepted at this time.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and in your dashboard. Click the tracking number to view real-time shipping updates from the carrier.
